Product introduction
This is a Membrane switch and panel with a membrane overlay, transparent window, embossing raised keys, and FPC circuit. The material of the grafik panel is Autotex's F150, which is a scratch-resistant, frosted transparent material. Blue, white, red, and black colors were silkscreen printed on the back of the grafik overlay, and the window position is silkscreened with transparent ink to make the frosted window smooth. This custom membrane switches is tactile, with assembled metal shrapnel in the wiring above the key position, and has a lifespan of up to 1 million cycles. The key position has a raised design, creating a three-dimensional visual effect and making it easy to operate. The FPC flex circuits are build with copper foil, which has the advantages of low resistance, high temperature resistance, and good stability. The FPC tail ends is gold-plated, ensuring a secure connection with the ZIF connector.
